I’m Chef Michael Blake, founder of MB Culinary Concepts in Saratoga Springs. With more than 26 years in professional kitchens, I design and cook private dinners and special events around the people at the table. I also develop market-specific recipes and product applications, and lead chef demonstrations for food brands and agricultural trade organizations at international trade missions and buyer events.
